## Check cropping before ordering photographs

For a gift album, group the images by their final page or sequence before choosing print sizes. Mark photographs that must retain the complete frame and those where cropping is acceptable.

Compare the original image proportions with the requested print size. Decide whether to crop the image or retain a border; check faces and important details near the edge on an actual-size preview.

Name files consistently and list the size and copy count for each. For an album or frame, distinguish the visible opening from the outer size and agree how the prints should be grouped and protected.
