Approve the coordinated artwork as a set while retaining an itemised specification for each product. Keep each product on its own specification line: finished size, quantity, printed sides and paper. A leaflet, a folded menu and a bound document need different finishing checks even when the same artwork colours are used. Approve a proof at its intended size and ask which details can still change before production. If the order contains several products, identify the quantity and recipient of each packed group. ## Plan your order: printing What to send for a quote Name the printed product: business card, flyer, brochure, catalogue, book or poster.
