Short answer

Here, a DL euro flyer is a flat 99×210 mm flyer. That is not the envelope dimension and does not automatically mean a folded trifold. For a holder or envelope, check the usable interior, the thickness of the flyers and clearance for removal.

In a narrow portrait layout, place the headline and main visual near the top when a display pocket covers the lower area. Check that contact details or the QR remain accessible. The outer panel of folded A4 may look similarly narrow, but its folds and panel widths require a separate template.
