Short answer

Start flyer production by separating what is ready, what needs design and what must be printed. Record the finished size, stock, sides, quantity for each design and receipt requirements in one brief. This helps prevent different versions being mixed.

For example, Georgian and English flyers for one campaign may have different copy and quantities. This is a planning example, not a completed project. Name each version, approve its language and identify bundle labels. List design creation, file corrections, lamination and transport as separate tasks.
