An event flyer should make the name, date, time, venue and attendance or registration route easy to find. Plan printing backwards from the start of distribution, not just the event date. Have the responsible organiser approve the final programme.

A conference programme and a concert promotion carry different amounts of information. Check time order and speaker names for a programme, and the active destination and conditions for registration.
