Urgent flyer printing is assessed for the actual job. Send the ready file, dimensions, stock, sides, quantity and the time the material must be received in one request. Same-day, few-hour or overnight completion is not guaranteed in advance.

Unapproved copy and mixed file versions add risk to a late order. Nominate one approver and use one final PDF. If an alternative stock, reduced finishing or staged quantity would be acceptable, list those options in advance; feasibility still needs confirmation.
