## Your business and the project brief

Plan site-fence and facade banners, wayfinding and workwear branding with Craftarea. Banner selection depends on dimensions, wind exposure and fixings; mesh also requires an assessment of the supporting structure. The person responsible for the site must approve safety-sign wording and requirements. Branding a helmet or protective garment must respect the item manufacturer’s restrictions.

## Plan your order: sign

### Details to confirm for your business

For site signs, send the wording and symbols approved by the person responsible for the site. Mark the placement on a plan, give viewing distances and surface dimensions, and confirm how each sign will be fixed.

Specify the construction site or project, the intended location and the required product: site graphics, company branding, signs or branded clothing. Send measurements, site photos and the approved wording or artwork.

Identify exposure, mounting points, working height and access restrictions. The person responsible for the site should approve sign content and placement; agree production and installation requirements for the actual site.

What to send for a quote

Send sign or wayfinding copy, logo, size, quantity and placement photos. Specify indoor or outdoor use.

What to check before ordering

Check reading distance and directional information. Match material and fixing to the surface; describe power access if illumination is required.

What affects the price

Sign count, dimensions, material, construction, illumination and installation inform the quote.
