Supply a checked list for personalised names and numbers; agree garment sizes and care requirements before producing branded student clothing.

## Plan your order: printing

### Details to confirm for your business

For learning materials or certificates, send the final page files or approved name list. Separate formats, page counts, languages and quantities by class or course, and check page order and spelling before approving the print run.

Identify the school, course or event and the audience for the materials. Provide approved names and text, quantities by class or participant group, and any personalised versions for certificates, clothing or gifts.

Check names, spelling, dates and languages before production. For navigation and displays, include room names and placement dimensions; for printed learning materials, confirm the page order, format and binding requirements.
