## Your business and the project brief

Craftarea produces window graphics, sale banners, price labels, branded bags and packaging stickers for shops. State a campaign’s start and end dates to choose material for temporary or longer-term display. Window stickers require glass measurements, visibility requirements and a removal plan. For several branches, list quantities and dimensions separately for each destination.

## Plan your order: promotional products

### Details to confirm for your business

State whether the order is for a permanent shop identity, a temporary promotion, price information or packaging. Include the promotion dates, approved copy, product variants and quantities for each shop or display.

Measure the actual window, shelf or package. Discuss how often the graphics or labels will change, how they will be removed or replaced, and what surface or lighting conditions the chosen product needs to accommodate.

What to send for a quote

Send the promotional item model or photo, logo, quantity, branding position and required date. State whether you supply the items or need help selecting them.

What to check before ordering

Choose printing, embroidery or engraving for the item material and logo. Agree color, branding dimensions and what the order includes.

What affects the price

Item selection, quantity, branding process, number of positions and packaging inform the quote.
