Embroidery — for simple logos, polo/jackets, premium branding. DTF — for photo-quality images, in quantities confirmed before ordering, on any color.

What file format for embroidery?+

We use AI/SVG/EPS or PNG — we create the DST/EMB file (embroidery format).

How is embroidery priced?+

Price depends on stitch count. For a quote, specify the fabric, garment colour, design dimensions, placement and quantity. The final price is confirmed after the production scope is agreed.

Is embroidery durable?+

Embroidery durability depends on the fabric, thread, stitch program, backing and care. Check the reverse side and finish on the actual t-shirt; embroidery is not automatically more durable than every print system. Agree the garment-specific care instructions before ordering.

Can you embroider on caps too?+

Yes. Cap, hat, jacket, any type of garment.

How can I arrange an embroidery sample?+

Agree what the sample must confirm: artwork size, colour, placement, stitch finish or print feel on the selected garment. Confirm whether it is physical or digital, its cost and approval stage before the full run; a sample is not automatically free or included.
