Short answer

For branded sports shirts, prepare the team logo, player names and numbers, garment model and size list. Stretch or mesh fabric, seams and print coverage affect method choice. DTF, sublimation, heat-transfer vinyl or embroidery are assessed for the actual kit and design; agree receipt dates against the tournament schedule in advance.

## Frequently Asked Questions

How should I prepare a team-shirt roster?+

Use one table for player name, number, size, shirt colour and quantity. Separate goalkeeper and spare kits. Approve duplicate numbers, spelling and sizes before production.

What needs checking on stretch sportswear?+

Provide composition, stretch, colour, mesh sections and decoration position. Agree the method with the print, seams and required breathability considered together. Seeing the logo on a screen is not enough.

Can a new team member order a shirt later?+

Keep the approved logo, number font, colour, dimensions and garment model. Availability and the new piece's price must be checked again; another fabric batch or colour may differ.

When should I order for a match?+

State when you need to receive the kit, not only the match date. Agree roster and artwork approval, production and delivery separately. The confirmed quotation should state the schedule.
