Keep the original brand artwork separate from the version prepared for stitches. Small lettering, narrow gaps and gradients may need an agreed simplification at the chosen size. Retain that approval with the fabric and thread references, so a later cap or jacket order can be reassessed without mistaking the previous stitch file for a universal logo file.
