[Order / Contact](https://www.craftarea.ge/en/contact)[Contact Us](https://www.craftarea.ge/en/contact) Short answer For gifts ordered for Batumi, plan production and intercity handover as separate stages. A hotel or event order needs its final contents, receiving contact and delivery window agreed before dispatch. Review protective packing for fragile items rather than treating the presentation box as sufficient shipping protection. ## Decisions to check before ordering | Detail | What to confirm | | --- | --- | | Receiving arrangements | State whether the order is for a hotel desk, event organiser or office, and name the person responsible for receiving the complete batch. | | Transit protection | List fragile and heavy items separately and agree protective outer packaging, box counts and the dispatch arrangement. | Corporate gifts — Craftarea ## Three directions. Production, packing and the agreed collection or delivery route are confirmed for the specific order. How should I plan production and transport for receipt in Batumi?+ Confirm production readiness and transport separately for the required arrival date. Artwork approval, item availability and the agreed delivery option determine the schedule; there is no universal production-plus-courier duration. Can you send a sample?+ Ask whether an existing or newly produced sample is available for the selected item. Confirm its cost and dispatch conditions before using it as the basis for approval. What location and handover details should I include in the brief?+ For a hotel order, specify the intended use, item models, logo positions and relevant care requirements. Availability and compatibility must be checked for each proposed item; a generic hotel category is not a product specification. What information determines the price of this order?+ Request the item and branding cost, packing and any agreed transport charges as separate lines so that the complete Batumi order can be compared accurately. Is a fixed production-plus-courier timeline guaranteed?+ Confirm both stages for the specific order and required arrival date. Artwork approval, item availability, packing and the agreed transport option must be considered together; a general example cannot guarantee arrival for a particular event. ## Related Services [Corporate Gifts in Tbilisi](https://www.craftarea.ge/en/sachukari/korporatiuli-sachukrebi-tbilisshi)[Gift Branding and Packaging](https://www.craftarea.ge/en/sachukari/korporatiuli-sachukrebi)[Corporate Orders](https://www.craftarea.ge/en/sachukari/korporatiuli-shekvetebi)[Gift Sets](https://www.craftarea.ge/en/sachukari/sasachuqre-nakrebebi)[Branded Mugs](https://www.craftarea.ge/en/sachukari/brendirebuli-chiqebi)[Promo Products](https://www.craftarea.ge/en/sachukari/promo-produqcia)[Planning an order for Batumi](https://www.craftarea.ge/en/cities/batumi) ## Corporate Gifts Batumi — confirm the response timeline before ordering Logo + list + budget — commercial offer after the details are agreed.
