# DTF printing for event t-shirts

## Overview

Event T-shirts may distinguish staff, volunteers and attendees, so define those groups before preparing artwork. Sponsor logos and programme text need a clear hierarchy that remains readable on the garment. The event date belongs in the enquiry together with the approved design and the actual item quantities.

## What to check before approval

- Separate garment colours and designs by participant role.
- Approve sponsor logos, dates and spellings before transfer production.
- Check front and back placement against the chosen shirt model.

## Prepare the production enquiry

Provide the T-shirt specification, size breakdown, artwork versions and venue handover requirements. Craftarea can assess the available production plan once the garments and file details are clear.
