# UV printing for trophies and gifts

## Overview

Award printing combines a fixed design with details that may change for every recipient. Names, categories and dates need a controlled final list, while the trophy material and shape determine the possible print area. Clear or reflective awards also need the viewed side and opacity planned before artwork approval.

## What to check before approval

- Approve recipient data and its order against the event list.
- Identify the award material, coating and flat or curved print area.
- Review text size and contrast in the trophy’s display position.

## Approve variable awards as a complete set

Give every award a row identifier linking the recipient, category, date, model and quantity. Check the longest name and longest award title in the actual print area before using the layout for the whole list. Keep spelling approval separate from material and colour approval so a correct sample cannot hide an unchecked recipient list.

For transparent awards, mark the viewing side and whether text is printed on the front or viewed through the material. Show the base and any fittings in the placement drawing, since they can cover part of the inscription after assembly.
