# UV printing on phone cases

## Overview

Phone-case artwork must fit the exact case model, including the camera opening and edge profile. Hard shells and flexible cases have different surfaces and movement in use. A printable area or process that suits one model should not be assumed to work on another material or phone size.

## What to check before approval

- List each case model, material and quantity separately.
- Keep key artwork clear of camera openings, buttons and curved edges.
- Assess print adhesion and appearance on the selected case sample.

## Keep artwork versions linked to phone models

Separate different phone cases into distinct order versions: the model, quantity and matching file must stay linked. Check text beside the camera opening for each model; similar outer dimensions do not mean an identical printable area.

Before approving the set, mark whether the image is confined to the flat back or is intended to continue around the sides. Side curvature and case flex are separate conditions to assess; side printing should not be assumed to be possible.
