Choose a technique for the actual cover
Start with the notebook model and cover material, then compare the intended result: colour printing, a foil impression or an engraved mark. A photograph of a different notebook does not establish compatibility. Send the supplier’s material information and a close-up photo so the proposed method and surface finish can be reviewed.
Prepare the logo and placement
Provide the vector logo and its final width and height. Mark the position on a cover photo, allowing for the spine, elastic closure, pen loop or other model details. Small text and fine lines may need a separate adapted version; approve that version rather than assuming one file works unchanged for every method.
