Which metals do you cut, and how thick?
Steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper alloys have different properties. Send the exact grade, thickness and drawing; confirm that thickness and the required edge finish individually. A material name alone does not establish cutting feasibility.
How much does metal cutting cost?
Material, thickness, contour length and complexity, quantity, drawing preparation and finishing inform the quote. Identify cutting, material supply, cleaning, installation and transport separately; agree in writing which operations are included.
What is the minimum order?
State the quantity and whether you need a sample part. Acceptance of a small run and any minimum quantity are confirmed for the material, drawing and production setup before ordering.
Do you only serve Tbilisi?
Orders can be discussed remotely. Send the file, material and quantity, plus the destination city and address. Transport availability, packaging, price and timing are agreed for the size and weight of the finished parts.
How should additional processing be agreed?
Plasma or waterjet cutting, bending, milling, turning and engraving are separate operations. Mark the required work on the drawing. Availability, the party performing it and responsibilities must be confirmed in advance; an operation absent from the quote is not automatically included.
What file do I need to order?
Send a vector DXF, DWG, AI or PDF at actual size with closed contours. If you have only a sketch, mark dimensions and holes; agree technical drawing preparation and approval separately.
How do I distinguish laser cutting from metal engraving?
Cutting separates the metal along an outline to form a part; adding a logo or inscription to the surface is an engraving task. A sign, for example, may need both. Mark each operation separately in the drawing and agree its process, material and provider beforehand.
How should several different parts be supplied in one file?
Assign every distinct part a code, dimensions and quantity. Separate material grades, thicknesses and visible faces by group. Mark critical fitting dimensions and tolerances; send the final drawing version with its approval date.
