Which metals do you cut, and how thick?
We cut carbon (mild) steel up to 10mm, stainless steel up to 6mm, aluminium up to 5mm, and copper or brass up to 3mm on a CNC fiber laser at ±0.1mm positional accuracy. A detailed per-material thickness table is published on its own page.
How much does metal cutting cost?
The price is built from three variables: material type and thickness, total cut length, and a one-time setup fee. You receive an exact quote within 24 hours of sending your file. We publish no fixed price list because every drawing is different.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 1 piece — we cut single prototypes as readily as production batches. On small runs, the per-piece price is driven mainly by the one-time setup fee, so larger quantities cost less per unit.
Do you only serve Tbilisi?
Production is in Tbilisi, but orders come from anywhere in Georgia: the file is sent online and finished parts ship by courier to Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi and other cities, typically adding 1-2 working days.
What do you NOT do in-house?
We do not operate plasma or waterjet cutting, press-brake bending, CNC milling or lathe equipment in our own workshop. For those jobs we advise you where to go, or route the order through a vetted partner workshop.
What file do I need to order?
A vector file is best — DXF, DWG, AI or vector PDF, drawn at 1:1 scale in millimetres with closed contours. If you have no file, a dimensioned sketch is enough — we prepare the technical drawing ourselves.
