What materials can be laser processed?
Our laser works on wood (plywood, MDF, solid), acrylic, leather, paper, fabric, anodized aluminum and steel. PVC and vinyl cannot be laser cut due to toxic fumes.
What size products can you make?
Maximum cutting field is 1200×900mm. For larger sizes, we cut in parts and assemble precisely.
What file format is needed?
For cutting: vector formats AI, SVG, CDR or PDF. For engraving: PNG and JPG also work (300+ DPI recommended).
How long does production take?
Completion time depends on material, quantity, artwork readiness and the current production schedule. Agree the required date before production.
Does laser burn wood?
Laser leaves a controlled burn effect (pyrography) on wood, giving it a natural, aesthetic appearance. Depth and contrast are adjustable.
How much does laser cutting cost?
Price depends on material, size, complexity and quantity. Material, thickness, total cut length, engraving area and assembly requirements affect the price. The exact price is agreed after reviewing the order details. Contact us for exact pricing.
Can you create the design?
Yes, our designers will prepare a vector file based on your idea, logo or photo. Design service is paid separately.
Do you deliver outside Tbilisi?
Yes, we deliver across all of Georgia via courier service. Delivery in Tbilisi is free from a certain order amount.
