What materials can be laser processed?
Wood, acrylic, leather, paper and metal require different processes and checks. Provide the exact composition, thickness and coating information. Metal cutting and engraving are assessed separately. PVC and vinyl must not be laser cut because of toxic fumes.
What size products can you make?
Send the part dimensions and stock size. Working-area compatibility, splitting into parts and any assembly are agreed from the drawing before ordering.
What file format is needed?
For cutting, send a vector drawing such as AI, SVG, CDR or PDF with dimensions and units. Distinguish cut outlines from engraved fills and remove unintended duplicate paths. For photographic engraving, provide the original image and final size so detail and contrast can be assessed.
How long does production take?
Completion time depends on material, quantity, artwork readiness and the current production schedule. Agree the required date before production.
Does laser burn wood?
Laser processing can darken wood and its edges. The appearance varies with species, grain, glue and finish. If colour or fit matters, agree the acceptable edge and engraved contrast before approving the run.
How much does laser cutting cost?
Material, thickness, cut length, engraving area, quantity and assembly inform the quote. The price and included operations are agreed after reviewing the project details.
Can you create the design?
Send the logo, sketch or reference image together with dimensions and intended use. Converting a photograph to a cuttable outline is a separate design decision, not an automatic file conversion. Confirm the drawing work, revisions and cost before ordering.
Do you deliver outside Tbilisi?
Specify the delivery town and address. Packaging, transport, cost and the handover date are agreed before ordering.
