Corporate Identity and Office Printing

Letterheads, envelopes, folders, menus and calendars — in one visual system.

Short answer

Craftarea prints corporate identity sets in Tbilisi: letterheads, envelopes, folders and business cards, alongside sector-specific items — menus, certificates, vouchers, calendars and badges. Printing the whole set in one cycle secures colour consistency, which is often lost when items are ordered separately.

Timing by agreement

Corporate Identity and Office Printing is available through Craftarea in Tbilisi. A corporate identity works when the customer sees the same visual system everywhere — on the letterhead, the envelope, the folder and the business card. That is why ordering these items separately at different times is the most common mistake: the same corporate colour comes out slightly differently in each batch and the system falls apart. This section covers the core set and the sector-specific items — from menus and certificates to calendars and event badges. Timing is agreed after the project review. Send the brand brief, design deliverables, revisions and production requirements, required date and collection or delivery location.

Frequently asked questions

What does a printed corporate identity set include?

The core set is a letterhead, envelope and business card; a folder, badges and a calendar are often added. Menus, certificates and vouchers are sector-specific and needed by particular businesses.

Why order the set all at once?

For colour consistency. The same CMYK values print slightly differently on different days — running everything in one cycle keeps that deviation to a minimum.

How much space should a letterhead leave for text?

At least 60% of the sheet. Three to four centimetres at the top for the logo, two to three at the bottom for contact details, and the rest clear.

Do menus need lamination?

Practically always. Without it, greasy fingers leave permanent marks on the paper, while a laminated menu wipes clean with a damp cloth.

Do vouchers need numbering?

Yes. A unique number lets you record which vouchers were sold and which redeemed. A QR code automates that process.

When should I order calendars?

October or November. Calendars must be handed over before the end of December, or the wall space is already taken in January.

Do we need a brand book?

No. A vector logo and a note about which colours to use is enough. A brand book speeds things up but is not required.

Why is there no price?

The combinations of set contents, run length and finishing are too many. Timing is agreed after the project review. Send the brand brief, design deliverables, revisions and production requirements, required date and collection or delivery location.
