The address where we meet clients is 2 David Kipiani St., Tbilisi, near Tsereteli metro. The cutting itself runs at our production facility on a fiber-laser CNC machine — so the address is the intake and agreement point, and cutting is a separate production stage. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, though a file emailed over the weekend is still received and processed on Monday. Which metals do you cut, and up to what thickness?

The fiber-laser CNC machine cuts mild/carbon steel — colloquially 'iron' in Georgian — up to roughly 10mm; stainless steel (inox) up to 6mm; aluminium up to 5mm; copper/brass: thickness confirmed for the alloy and surface. What do you not do in-house?

Our machine does laser cutting and engraving only. We do not perform in-house: plasma cutting, waterjet cutting, press-brake bending, CNC milling, or lathe work. If your part needs bending, or a 20mm steel plate cut, our machine cannot do it — in that case we point you to a partner workshop, or explain how the drawing could be split so the part we can do runs with us. It is better to establish this when the order is placed than halfway through the lead time.

How do I collect a finished part in Tbilisi?

An order can start two ways: remotely, by emailing a DXF or DWG file, a PDF drawing, or a photo with measurements; or in person, by bringing a drawing or material to 2 David Kipiani St. The minimum order is 1 piece — a single part is accepted the same as a production run. A finished order is either handed over on-site during working hours, or sent by courier anywhere in Tbilisi. On-site pickup can be paid by cash or card. What if you are not in Tbilisi?

For clients outside Tbilisi the process is fully remote: the file goes by email, price and turnaround are set the same way, and the finished part is shipped by courier to Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi and other Georgian cities.
