Check cropping before ordering photographs
For a family photo set, make a file-to-copy list so repeated portraits and group photographs are not counted together by mistake. Check cropping separately for the photographs that will be framed.
Compare the original image proportions with the requested print size. Decide whether to crop the image or retain a border; check faces and important details near the edge on an actual-size preview.
Name files consistently and list the size and copy count for each. For an album or frame, distinguish the visible opening from the outer size and agree how the prints should be grouped and protected.
