Check cropping before ordering photographs
For photographs needed on a fixed celebration date, approve the image list and sizes before arranging receipt. Specify whether the recipient needs loose prints or separately grouped sets so packing matches the handover.
Compare the original image proportions with the requested print size. Decide whether to crop the image or retain a border; check faces and important details near the edge on an actual-size preview.
Name files consistently and list the size and copy count for each. For an album or frame, distinguish the visible opening from the outer size and agree how the prints should be grouped and protected.
