Frequently Asked Questions
Which method suits which item?
Plastic and board folders and clipboards take UV printing, which lays a full-colour logo directly on the surface. Metal boxes and key cabinets take laser engraving.
Do you manufacture the items?
No. We source the item and apply the branding here. That is what lets us offer a wide range on a short turnaround.
What is the minimum quantity?
We will do a single piece. Artwork is prepared once per order, so a larger run costs less per unit.
How long does it take?
Three to seven working days from artwork approval, depending on the item and the quantity. We confirm the exact date when you order.
What file should I send for the logo?
Vector PDF, AI or EPS. If you only have a raster file, tell us and we will handle the conversion separately.
Is the item in the photo already branded?
No. The photos show the items blank, so you can judge the shape and size. Your logo is applied here.
How do I find out the price?
Price depends on the item, the quantity and the branded area. Timing is agreed after the project review. Send the selected item models, branding areas, set contents, packaging and quantity, required date and collection or delivery location.
Can I mix item types in one order?
Yes. Folders, clipboards and boxes can go in one order and be branded from a single artwork file.
