Can mirror plastic letters be used outdoors?
Mirror plastic is best for interior use or protected outdoor areas (under canopies). Direct sun and rain can degrade the mirror coating over time.
What finishes are available?

How thick can mirror letters be?
Flat: 3-6mm. Volumetric: up to 30mm using layered construction or foam-backed mirror face. For deeper letters, we use mirror vinyl on ABS bodies.

The mirror coating is on the back surface of acrylic, protected by the material itself. It resists normal wear but should be cleaned gently.
How are they mounted?
Fixings depend on the finished letter size, weight, backing and wall condition. Show the mounting surface and required stand-off; adhesive and pin options need separate assessment, especially if later removal is important.
