How Does DTF T-Shirt Printing Work?
DTF technology prints the image on special film, then transfers it to the t-shirt via heat press.
Film Printing
The approved artwork is printed onto transfer film. Image detail, transparent areas and the white layer are checked for the final print size.
Adhesive Powder
Adhesive and curing preparation must suit the transfer system and the intended material.
Heat Press
The transfer is applied to an accessible fabric area using pressing conditions selected for the material and transfer system.

How is T-shirt printing priced?
Give the garment model, quantity per size, print dimensions and positions. Separate garment supply, artwork preparation and individual versions so the quote covers the complete order.
Can DTF be used on a black T-shirt?
A white underlayer supports colour on suitable dark garments. Check the actual fabric and dye behaviour before approving the result; black colour alone does not establish compatibility.
How many washes will the print withstand?
There is no universal wash count. Obtain washing, drying and ironing instructions for the actual garment and transfer; frequent workwear laundering should be specified before production.
Can I request a single T-shirt?
Yes, you can request a one-item quote. DTF needs no printing plates, but acceptance, garment availability and preparation cost must be assessed for your artwork.
Which file should I send?
Send the original artwork and final print dimensions. A transparent PNG can show the intended background; vector artwork is useful for logos. Check source detail at final size and identify white areas that must print.
Can a photograph be printed?
A photo can be assessed for DTF after checking the original image dimensions, crop and garment. Enlargement cannot recover missing source detail.
What is needed for a corporate batch?
Send a size-and-quantity table and separate files for names or design variants. State the required date and packing groups; capacity and any quantity pricing are agreed for that specification.
Who supplies the T-shirts?
State whether garments need sourcing or are customer-supplied. Record model, composition, colour and sizes before artwork approval; supplied garments also need a heat and placement assessment.
