What is DTF?
Direct to Film — image is printed on special film, then transferred to fabric with heat press.
Does it work on cotton?
DTF can be assessed for cotton, polyester and blends, but fibre names alone are insufficient. Coatings, heat sensitivity, dye migration, seams and the accessible pressing area determine the actual item suitability.
Does it withstand washing?
Obtain washing, drying and ironing guidance for the chosen garment and transfer. Large solid areas, frequent laundering and workplace use should be discussed before production; there is no universal wash count.
