Standard foam board is indoor only. For outdoor — PVC Foam Board (Forex), UV and moisture resistant.

Yes, CNC and plotter cutting — circles, logo shapes, any geometry.
What mounting options are available?
Mounting depends on panel dimensions, weight and the display surface. State whether it will stand, hang or attach to a wall, and check removal requirements; a tape or bracket should not be selected without assessing the actual surface.
