Where does the print go on the mug?
A one-sided or wraparound design depends on the mug model and usable print area. For a 360° design request, agree the layout, technical limits and price after artwork review.
Can the mug go in the dishwasher?
This depends on the coating and the care instructions for the specific mug. Confirm dishwasher suitability before ordering; durability is not the same for every model.
Can you print just 1 mug?
Confirm acceptance and pricing for a single mug in advance. Sublimation needs no printing plates, but the mug model, artwork and preparation affect the quote.
Is there a discount on corporate runs?
Run pricing depends on the model, quantity, artwork and packaging. Any special pricing is confirmed in the quote; a fixed quantity does not automatically qualify for a discount.
How does the handle affect artwork placement?
State whether the logo should face outward when held in the right hand, left hand or from both sides. On wraparound artwork, keep important text away from the handle and any unprinted gap. Fit the final layout to the actual mug dimensions and printable area.
