Can I print just 1 mug?
Request a one-mug quotation with the exact model and artwork. Acceptance, blank supply and setup are reviewed before ordering; the absence of a printing plate does not make every blank suitable.
Is the print dishwasher-safe?
Dishwasher use depends on the exact mug, coating and decoration. Ask for its cleaning instructions, including temperature and detergents; no fixed cycle count or unlimited engraving lifespan is established for all models.
Can I put a photo on a mug?
Send the original photograph and desired crop. Check detail and the handle-side gap at the actual print size, then select a compatible process for that mug rather than assuming any image will fit.
Do you supply the mugs?
State whether you need mugs sourced or already have them. Customer-supplied mugs need a model and coating check before acceptance; supply, decoration and packaging should be separate quotation lines.
