An A4 flyer measures 210×297 mm after trimming. A flat sheet can suit a list, programme or table that becomes hard to read at a smaller size. Adding a fold changes the finished dimensions and panel layout, so describe that as a separate specification.
Use an actual-size paper mockup to review table columns, text density and reverse orientation. A4 has roughly twice the area of A5, but printing cost is not calculated from area alone. A flyer is not automatically an outdoor poster; specify the environment and durability requirements separately.
