Short answer
A flyer design needs one main message, a defined audience and a clear next action. Supply approved copy, a logo, images you may use and the intended format. Design creation, revisions and print-file preparation are agreed parts of the scope.
Review the layout on screen and at actual size. Georgian and English copy can occupy different space; do not squeeze the second language into a reduced version of the first. Recheck the QR destination, prices and contact details in the final PDF. An on-screen proof does not guarantee the exact printed colour.

Will I receive an editable file?
A print PDF and a working source file are different deliverables. Agree source-file delivery and any font or image licensing conditions in advance.
