Die-cut
Die-cutting makes a defined shape in a material using a cutting tool or die. For individually supplied stickers, the term often describes cutting through the printed face and liner to the same outline.
Detail
An individually cut sticker includes its own backing. A kiss-cut sticker has the face layer cut while the liner remains intact, so several designs can share a sheet.
Specify both the sticker outline and the backing-sheet shape when ordering. The production drawing and delivery format make the intended result clearer than the cutting term alone.

Kiss-cut
Kiss-cutting cuts the sticker face layer while leaving the release liner intact. The face can be suitable paper or film, and multiple stickers can remain together on a sheet.
