Send a file or brief
Email the artwork or a description of the required item to info@craftbox.ge. Include dimensions, quantity, material preferences and the handover date. If artwork is needed, ask which design work can be included.

Review the proposal
Confirm the product specification, artwork or proof, quotation and feasible schedule. Agree any revisions and their cost before approval.

Confirm payment and approval
Agree the payment method, amount and due dates stated in the proposal. Confirm who authorises the final artwork and production.

Confirm production
Production follows the agreed approvals, materials and schedule. Check how any artwork or quantity changes will affect the order.

Confirm collection or courier arrangements, destination and contact details. If installation is required, agree access and responsibilities separately.
