How should I approve a logo across different shirt sizes?
Review placement for the garment model and size range. A fixed chest logo and a large back print do not fit every size in the same way. State whether artwork dimensions should stay constant or change for groups of sizes.
Will the colour on my screen be reproduced exactly?
A screen image alone is not sufficient colour approval. Supply the brand colour reference and agree how it will be assessed on the chosen fabric. Printed colour and embroidery thread use different materials.
What should I check on a sample?
Review logo dimensions, placement, small-letter legibility, colour and the feel of the print or stitches. If you need a sample, agree its cost and timing separately from the main run.
Can one run include different names?
Prepare a list of name, size, shirt colour and required quantity. Give each file or list a clear version and approve spelling before production; personalisation arrangements are confirmed in advance.
Can I bring my own shirts?
Send the model, composition, colour and quantity first. Acceptance and method depend on fabric, seams, existing coatings and print placement. Do not assume that a later garment batch has identical compatibility.
