Embroidery vs DTF for branding?
Embroidery builds the image from thread and may require a simplified logo; DTF may be considered for colour artwork and gradients. Match the method to the fabric, logo dimensions and care requirements rather than assuming one process suits every garment.

State that you need one item branded and send the fabric and logo details. Acceptance, minimum quantity and price are confirmed in advance.
How is a Pantone reference assessed for embroidery?
Provide the Pantone or other brand colour reference. The available thread shade is agreed from a sample; a screen colour or code alone does not establish an exact match.
How is the embroidery completion date confirmed?
Timing is agreed after the project review. Send the fabric, artwork size, stitch preparation, thread colours and quantity, required date and collection or delivery location.
