What difference does a lightweight shirt fabric make?
A large or heavy embroidered design behaves differently on light fabric than on a substantial polo. Assess logo size, stitch density, backing and how the reverse feels against the skin. Cotton content alone does not determine suitability.
What changes might a very detailed logo need?
Check small letters, narrow gaps and thin lines at the intended stitch size. A simplified version or larger size may be needed. Approve the revised logo before production; brand details should not disappear without agreement.
Can I order embroidery on one shirt?
State the desired quantity and send the logo and fabric details. Stitch-file preparation and a sample assessment may still be needed for one item; acceptance and the complete cost are agreed in advance.
How should I choose placement?
Mark the centre and dimensions of embroidery on the chest, back or sleeve. Consider seams, hoop access and the smallest shirt size. Send a photograph of the whole garment as well as the logo for assessment.
