A logo transfer needs artwork that works at the intended physical size. Fine lines, small lettering and isolated details may require adjustment for the transfer system and fabric. Use the approved identity and compare a sample where colour, opacity or print feel is important to the brand.

What to check before approval

• Supply a vector logo where available and identify the final print dimensions.
• Show the placement relative to seams, pockets or other garment features.
• Confirm colour references and any small details that must remain legible.
