DTF printing small batch

A small DTF batch may be a prototype, a personalised gift or a limited merchandise run. Separate the cost of artwork preparation and garment supply from transfer production and application. The absence of separate colour screens does not mean there are no setup costs or that every quantity can be accepted.

What to check before approval

• State whether the order is a sample, repeated design or personalised set.
• Confirm who supplies the garments and how replacements will be handled.
• Approve the design at its final size before discussing a larger repeat order.
