Studio location and contact detailsReview large artwork at its real viewing distance
For a photograph backdrop, mark the camera-facing area and any furniture or stage equipment in front of it. Place the main message where it remains visible in the intended framing, not simply at the centre of the file.
Keep finished size, visible image area and fixing allowance separate. Inspect small text at the expected viewing distance and identify joins, frame edges or equipment that could hide essential information.
Describe the complete display: flexible banner, adhesive graphic or rigid panel. Confirm finishing, transport dimensions and mounting before exporting the final artwork.
