Arrange a local proof and collection

If a colour, finish or fit must be checked in person, agree which sample needs review before discussing collection. A screen proof can confirm wording and placement, while an actual item may be needed to judge texture or assembly.

Separate the point at which artwork is approved from the point at which the order is ready. Confirm the collection address, named recipient and handling needs before making a visit.

For several products, list what can be received together and what needs separate protection. Ask for the confirmed handover arrangement against that list rather than assuming every item follows the same timetable.
