Can I supply my own garment?
Send its care label, photographs and intended placement first. Acceptance follows a review of fabric, construction and access; bringing an item does not automatically confirm that it can be embroidered.
Will a repeat order need stitch-file preparation again?
Retain the previous approved file and identify what has changed. A different size, fabric or construction may require additional preparation. Reuse and any preparation cost are confirmed for the particular brief.
How are price and timing determined?
Specify the garment, design size, number of positions, thread colours and quantity. Agree preparation, samples, personal names and delivery separately; the final price and date follow the scope review.
