Assess a sample in ordinary handling
Handle the sample, view it in angled light and inspect it after gentle contact with another card. The goal is to assess noticeable marks and feel, not to damage it artificially. Results from one film do not apply to every soft-touch product; record the chosen material or sample reference.

If you want a glossy logo or metallic accent, define its area and position first, then check the finishing system against the film. A dark background may increase visual contrast, but decorative treatment should not compromise small contact text or QR readability.

Test the pen first if appointment dates will be added regularly. A film can change the natural texture when paper feel is the main design feature. Compare soft-touch and matte as separate specifications in the quote instead of assuming one stock weight or price relationship suits every order.
