The selected film or coating determines the finish; the word glossy alone does not establish scratch resistance.

What to check before approval

• Choose gloss on one side or both sides as part of the specification.
• Check reflection across small text and large dark colour areas.
• Confirm whether any area must remain writable or receive another finish.
