Side-by-side comparisons of printing technologies and advertising materials
Acrylic is transparent and ideal for LED. ACM (aluminium composite) is light, outdoor-tough, and more economical at larger sizes.
Die-cut goes all the way through, producing individual stickers with backing. Kiss-cut cuts only the vinyl — the backing stays intact, ideal for sheets of multiple stickers.
DTF wins for cotton and dark fabrics. Sublimation wins for light polyester — the design literally becomes part of the fabric.
Matte lamination feels premium and resists wear. Glossy boosts colour and visual punch but shows fingerprints.
Mesh banner is wind-permeable — safer on facades and fences. PVC banner is waterproof and more vivid but performs worse against wind load.
Classic neon gives warm, concentrated light but is heavy and fragile. LED neon (flex neon) is light, long-lasting, and far safer.
UV prints on rigid surfaces and cures instantly. Eco-solvent is built for flexible materials (banners, vinyl) and outdoor use.
Vinyl sticker is waterproof, suited for outdoor use. Paper sticker is cheap and lightly protected, ideal for packaging or short-lived applications.
